Yes, we can do product designing and external packaging procurement services at a fee, depending on the requirements of the type of products. We would strongly encourage customers to source for their own product packaging for better cost savings and design to customers’ satisfaction. Should customers wish to look for us on the designing, we can do for private labelling of our line of existing products at an additional charge of SGD 500-1,000 (depending on the specific product type). For ODM products, we would still recommend customers to provide us with the design and external packaging materials.

We only do delivery to local address in Singapore. For exporting outside of Singapore, customers will have to be responsible for the export-related procedures. Should you decide to delegate us with the exporting procedures, additional costs will be collected as charged by our exporting partners.

For OEM (private label) of our existing products, the unit price is 70% of our suggested retail price. For products outside of our existing line of products, these ODM products would require customers to provide us with the raw materials complete with the respective COAs. You may refer to the attached document on the indicative pricing for the manufacturing and packaging services we provide.

We would need to ensure regulatory compliance of the products we manufacture in our facility, hence we would require submission for classification & declaration at HSA. Exporting products to other countries would require the relevant Competent Authority for customs processing, hence this submission to HSA can be used for subsequent export-related procedures for customs processing.

We can cater our services for both scenarios. For customers bringing in their own raw materials for production, we would require customers to provide specifications and COA for the raw materials. Otherwise, we do provide a one-stop procurement service of raw materials to assist our clients for use in their finished products.

We currently deliver all products to a local address in Singapore. If you have intentions to export, please inform us in advance so that we can make the necessary preparations. We can assist our clients to provide relevant documents for exportation, such as the Certificate of Origin (ordinary COO or preferential COO, depending on your specific requirements) and other relevant documents.

We can assist our clients with Halal certification (this certification is done on a product basis, i.e. the Halal certification is conferred to the submitted product name). The application can be submitted only after the first batch of products has been manufactured. The fees pertaining to application are charged based on the product requirements and the complexity of the application. Application lead time: the first application usually takes about 6 months, while the subsequent yearly application for the renewal of the same product usually takes about 1-2 months per renewal.

We provide product sampling services according to specific demands for the product. A product sampling fee will be charged based on different types of products. Upon confirmation of orders, the product sampling fee will be returned to the customer through a rebate.

Yes, we have a professional team to provide product development and formulation upgrades so that your products have the efficacy for the real market.

We assist customers to send your products to third party laboratory organisations for product testing. Please do let us know of your testing requirements upon order confirmation. Product testing services at third party laboratories are as charged by the respective organisations without any added service fees.

For OEM:

The first batch of products will involve the confirmation of the design, the communications regarding to product classification/listing, and the execution of procurement for first-time products. Therefore, the entire production lead time can be estimated at around 3-4 months. For repeat orders, production lead time is estimated to be within 3 months. All product deliveries are done in Singapore to a local address.

For ODM:
Lead time: 30-60 days, only applicable for delivery to Singapore local address (Depending on the receipt of deposit, confirmation of product design, receipt of all materials, and approval of product of HSA. Herb&Fashion Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any delays in lead time which are caused by any unforeseen circumstances.)

Product training, product brochure design, product photography, documents required for exportation, product classification enquiry and product listing registration at HSA, etc.

Hard capsules and powder sachets. Capsules can be placed in blister packs with external box, or packed in bottles with external box.
